What it does: Reqmora collects the documents a bookkeeping firm needs from its clients every month. 1. The firm lists what each client owes, such as bank statements, receipts, invoices and short questions. 2. Each month Reqmora sends every client one private upload link, with no login, on the day the firm chooses. 3. It emails reminders for anything still missing and stops once everything is in. 4. When a client uploads a PDF or photo, AI checks it's the right document for the right month and tells the client straight away if it isn't. 5. The firm sees what has arrived, accepts each item or asks for a fix, and finds files sorted by client and month. Who it's for: bookkeeping firms, from solo bookkeepers to firms with up to about 60 clients, that collect the same documents from the same clients every month and want the chasing done for them.
