About

VetCare One is a full veterinary clinic management system built for a real animal hospital in Sri Lanka, now running as a public demo with fictional data. What it does: • Appointments, electronic medical records, billing, inventory and disease-case tracking • An AI assistant that answers questions from the clinic's own records, with access limited by role (admin, vet, receptionist, pet owner or guest), and can book or reschedule appointments after you confirm • A daily AI briefing on the dashboard • Machine-learning forecasts for disease trends, revenue and inventory reorder needs • A self-service portal where pet owners see their pets, appointments and bills Who it's for: veterinary clinics that want one system for day-to-day work, and anyone curious how retrieval-based AI (RAG) and ML forecasting fit into a real business app. Try it: one-click demo logins for every role are on the sign-in page, so there's no sign-up. The data is fictional and resets every night. It runs on free-tier hosting, so the first request after a quiet spell can take up to a minute. Built with React, Node.js/Express, PostgreSQL with pgvector, Python (Flask, scikit-learn, Prophet) and open LLMs via Ollama.
