The Sri Lankan twist
Build it first for Colombo metro buses using LankaQR for any future donations or ads. Add Sinhala and Tamil names for every halt. Let users submit photos of the actual blue sign or road marking via WhatsApp so the map stays accurate without official data. Island-wide delivery is irrelevant but the same model can later expand to regular SLTB routes outside Colombo where stops are even less marked.
