Mile Keeper is a simple Android app I built for people who rent out a car and are tired of writing bills by hand. You take a photo of the odometer at the start and end of a rental. The app reads the number for you, you confirm it, and that's it. It works out the kilometres, adds the daily rate, any extra km and other charges, and gives you the total in LKR. You set your own rates in Settings ( default to LKR 5,500 per day, 200 km included, LKR 20 per extra km). Then with one tap you share a clean branded bill as a PDF on WhatsApp, SMS or anywhere else. It has a reference number, your name and phone, the full breakdown, and a PAID IN FULL or BALANCE DUE stamp. It works fully offline. No account, no cloud, no internet needed. Everything stays on your phone, including your customers' ID photos. You can lock the app with your fingerprint or a PIN, and it makes encrypted daily backups that only open with a recovery phrase you write down once. It's built for one vehicle, on purpose, to keep it simple and fast. Android only for now. I built it with a real car rental owner and he uses it every day. Free to try,
