Gratitude is loyalty infrastructure for Sri Lankan brands, with one shared app for their customers. For brands: Run a loyalty program without building one. From the Gratitude Studio dashboard you can set up points, stamp cards, visit rewards, vouchers and campaigns like happy hours and birthday treats. Rewards are earned at the counter with a quick code, so you don’t need new hardware or punch cards. You also see how often customers come back and which campaigns bring them in. For customers: Every reward from every Gratitude brand in one app. See what you’ve earned, how close you are to the next free item, and which offers are live today.
