EasyQuote

About

EasyQuote is a Windows desktop app for creating quotations and invoices and keeping track of what each customer still owes. It is built for small businesses and freelancers who bill by the job, such as contractors, designers, event planners and consultants. You enter your company details, logo and bank details once. After that, every quote and invoice comes out as a print-ready PDF that you can send by WhatsApp or email from inside the app. What you can do with it: - Create quotes and invoices with your logo, signature, tax numbers and bank details - Turn an accepted quote into an invoice in one click, with the items and totals carried over - Group several invoices under one project, for example an advance and a final invoice - Record partial payments and see the outstanding balance on every invoice and project - Bill the remaining balance with a follow-up invoice linked to the same project - Keep a customer list that fills in your documents for you - Write letterheads, and pick from several document designs with your own colours and fonts - Watch revenue, amounts due, overdue invoices and quote conversion on a dashboard EasyQuote works offline. You don't need an internet connection day to day, and your quotes, invoices and customer records are stored on your own computer rather than in the cloud. It is sold as a one-time licence instead of a monthly subscription, and updates are free. You can try it free for 14 days without signing up or entering a card.
